The Supreme Court Plays Real Life Monopoly With Your Property
Look out! It appears that your economic security isn't quite as important as the economic security of builders and developers. That's what the United States Supreme Court told us in a ruling this week. Now your property can be taken and given to people so they can build office complexes. Don't they know that if the little guy doesn't have anything, the big guy won't either? I guess taxing citizens to raise money didn't work fast enough, let's just take their property, too!
